• Initially I joined Sutherland as a Content Moderator where my work was to moderate content for a very well-known social media application where we use to deal with different kind of content and moderate it as per the guidelines/policies to make that application a safe and happy place for all age groups and we were also providing email support for the same.
• Later on, I got promoted to be the trainer for the same process. Where my job was to deliver the training for content moderation and email support. As per requirement I had to take an assessment to make sure they are able to grasp the knowledge alongside while delivering training I had to monitor behavior of all the trainees and create feedback for all of them. In my experience have handled up to 30 employees in a batch.
