• Insourcing the post install physical audit and RF validation and design survey tasks incorporated with new site builds and existing site expansions using Ekahau Pro platform across Amazon warehouses and enterprise networks
• This includes predictive wireless design and post install validation surveys

• Deep diving issues using Ekahau Spectrum analyzer for troubleshooting and optimizing network issues

• Full time product owner in building an internal product named "Hardware Installation Visual Inspection Service " which provides a web based application, enabling Low voltage contractors to submit wireless access point (AP) images after per AP installation for remote review, no longer requiring on-site AP installation audits.

• End to end Wireless Plant Network and Wireless Field Network design, Solutioning, Documentation and Deployment
• Site surveys using Air Magnet Pro and Emerson AMS Snap-On for Wi-Fi and Wireless HART networks respectively
• WirelessHART network design using Emerson WirelessHART Gateways and Field devices, Wi-Fi network design using Cisco industrial grade access points, Cisco WLC’s, Prime Infrastructure and Cisco ISE
• On-site commissioning of client infrastructure including project coordination and planning
• Emerson Location Awareness solutions as well as customized RTLS solutioning including Cisco AP’s and Extronics RTLS platform
• End to End documentation including Bill of Material, System architecture, Network Design and Solution, Wireless heatmaps, Proposal, Service estimate for major projects viz. Thai Tank Terminal, Covalent Lithium Australia, TPC Singapore, Chevron Caltex, Al Hasa Bulk Plant Saudi Arabia, Vopak Sebarok Singapore etc
• Also managing Wi-Fi and Wireless-HART execution projects for HMEL, India and Vopak Botany, Australia.

• Part of the NSS and IT Wireless team responsible for design, plan, establish, implement and optimize wireless networks
• Provide design and service level enhancements, escalation support for complex wireless network deployments
• Perform RF predictive, validation site surveys using Ekahau Site Survey tool, design, deploy and troubleshoot wireless networks
• Identify, implement and document design/architecture best practices
• Handling a large wireless global deployment consisting of more than 25 WLC’s (5520,5508,3504,2504, Wism2, vWLC) and more than 3000 AP’s (2600,2700,3700,2800,3800,1800 Mobility Express), Cisco Identity Services Engine
• Engaged in multiple WLAN expansion projects, CMX 10.x implementation and enhancements
• Lead and supervise teams, provide training to associates and mentor them to improve the technical acumen of the team.

Deployment of Cisco Clean Air, AVC, NetFlow, Qos, RRM parameters, Cisco Mobility Express, Voice over wireless.

Configuring, troubleshooting and inferring AP support logs, debug logs for complex issues.

Broad exposure to wireless technologies, 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, AP joining (CAPWAP), WLC HA- AP SSO &N+1 HA SKU.

Implementation of Cisco Connected Mobile Experiences (CMX) 8.X and 10.X including Context Aware WLAN design, CMX Connect & Engage, Mobile Concierge & CMX Analytics.

Licensing, RF Calibration, Inspecting Location Readiness and Quality, Verifying Location Accuracy, Enterprise Best Practices.

Implementation of Cisco Wireless Intrusion Provision (wIPS) including Rogue detection, location, classification and mitigation, Proactive threat prevention.

Working cross-functionally in the Digital Transformation team to suffice requirements from the Application team where specific wireless design and provision is required.

Network designing, planning and implementation of infrastructure rollouts across domestic and international offices.

Proactive analysis and suggestions about new technologies, giving inputs on designing & deployment. Assessing and auditing deployed technology and suggesting ways for improvement and efficient consumption.

Maintaining more than 3 WLC’s having more than 350 APs in Local, Flex-Connect modes.

Interacting with clients and stakeholders regarding new projects, giving presentations to customers, partner events, vendors and internal teams regarding wireless technologies.

Brief engagement into areas of digital transformation offerings and projects including Smart-Enterprise, Smart

BMS Solutions, Digital Awareness across the company and doing pre-sales activities for the same.

Engaging in new initiatives in RTLS, BLE beacons for micro-asset tracking and movement.
