Dynamic researcher with hands-on experience at the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, specializing in host-pathogen interaction studies using Transcriptomic data analysis, CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing and in-silico protein-protein interaction techniques. Successfully identified the susceptible gene for SSR (Sclerotinia stem rot) and its interacting partner in secreted effectors of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (in silico). Committed in developing research strategies for sustainable agriculture and addressing global hunger challenges.
.
Two publications as the First author is yet to published.
· First paper which includes the Expression analysis and In-silico identification of the potential interacting partner will be communicated soon.
· Publishing of the second paper includes the validation of the identified susceptible gene through genome-editing takes time as the validation need to be done in T0 and T1 generation
Title of presentation- Molecular profiling of the Sclerotinia sclerotiorum - Brassica pathosystem with advanced genomics studies presented at SKAUST-J, 2025
