• Study on engineering drawings , Preparation of BOM for EXCEL 365 , Estimation of labor time and cost for proto /pallet and mass production.
• Sourcing BOM creation. negotiating with globel suppliers for best price and better lead time. quote submission on time for customers .
• Preparation of NPI check list.
• Component Engineering (Study on ROHS, obsolesce EOL , Alternate part suggestion for customer).
• Procurement of Materials , and developing own MRP (Material resource planning) for New product.
• Preparation of CP, PFMEA, PFC for product development along with CFT.
• Reading of Gerber from software GC prevue and development and ordering of stencil.
• Cycle time reduction for mass production products. on developing of Jigs and fixtures . i,e ( approx 500$ project was reduced with cost saving of 20$ which resulted approx 1000$/ batch for company ) .
• Study on ERN / ECN received from customer end for any process or product change.
• Rise concession ticket for customer on which is having any deviation from customer assembly drawing.
