Alternative Investment Fund (Cat II)

• Supported setup of a Cat II AIF with corpus of approx. ₹1,000 crores, including coordination on PPM, contribution agreements, and side letters with legal counsel.
• Managed LP–GP relations, distribution computations as per waterfall, fund accounting and administration, SEBI compliance, and coordination with portfolio companies.
• Acted as back-office lead with close interaction with founders (including teams in Silicon Valley), and hosted statutory, tax, and PPM auditors.

• Led finance for a multi-family office with a team of 5, overseeing group restructuring to aid valuation consolidation and subsequent fundraising.
• Prepared business models and investor decks, cap table simulations with sensitivity analysis, and MIS/forecasting frameworks for promoters.
• Supported promoter journeys from ideation and scale-up through investor diligence to post-exit wealth structuring, while strengthening internal controls, audits, and risk frameworks.

• Led statutory and tax audits for listed and unlisted entities across hospitality, healthcare, fintech, manufacturing, investment advisory, education, software, and AIFs.
• Managed Ind AS implementation, internal financial controls implementation, GST transition, inventory valuation, and interim reporting assignments.
