• Engineer in charge for IBR of 136T Auxiliary water tube boiler. (OEM: Balcke Durr)
• Preventive maintenance of static and rotary equipments in plant to reduce MTBF and ensure overall reliability by following Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP and SOP).
• Planning of routine work orders in SAP and scheduling in close coordination with operations, electrical and instrumentation department.
• Root cause analysis for breakdown of machines by referring drawings, manuals and P&ID.
• Spares management in SAP by creating PR and ensuring minimum stock availability at all times.
• Ensure safety compliance during all maintenance activities, adhering to industry standards and company policies at all times.

Research Internship under Dr. Raghu Ram Karthik Desu, Assistant Professor at Mechanical Engineering Department, NIT Trichy. The work involved computing the forces exerted by granules (particles) arranged in hexagonal packing in 2D; on the walls of the container and how it varies with the number of layers,
number of particles in each layer and how force concentration takes place because of defects. All this was done using Discrete Element Method.
