• Tool for Raw Material Inventory control: (Material Planning-May 2013) Developed a tool in Excel by which one can get correct quantity of raw material to be purchased as per production plan considering the safety stock level. When entered the production plan of different products of upcoming month, the tool provides total raw material requirement for all products considering present inventory stock.
• KCl Storage and Dispatch Tracking Tool: (Material dispatch- June 2013) Developed a tool in Excel which can provide one with information of KCl stock level in factory and amount supplied to different vendors at any point of time, day wise availability details of different tankers and also tanker details.
