As a process specialist, I closely work with multiple Amazon business teams/stakeholders, drive process standardization & optimization via SOP creation and continuous process enhancements, execute operational tasks, resolve issues by identifying operational barriers and dive deep on root causes, provide feedback and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
1. Manage Operations: Sweden & Poland marketplace of amazon was planned & launched on Q3'20 & Q1'21 respectively, during launch I was given the complete responsibility of 1. Identifying the coverage opportunities for the major product lines in order to ensure smooth launch & 2. Team building. As a first step, I analyzed the data of established market places to understand ongoing programs and projects through data driven approach, Identified & onboarded effective projects. I then trained a team of more than 50 associates on the process guidelines, projects and goals effectively. Worked closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs. As a result, both the marketplaces went live as planned with 100% productivity & 99% accuracy.
2. Communication to Stake holders, Quality & Process excellence and Deliver Results: Post Sweden marketplace launch, I continued supporting Sweden market place as a senior lead and took the responsibility to work on achieving set goals. Assisted in designing, executing & monitoring key metrics with reports to drive business transformation. In addition to it provided weekly/ monthly/ quarterly & yearly business reviews. Own the existing infrastructure and automating Operational & development work, Which includes identifying and resolving issues, automating and improving repetitive processes. I Managed all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, promotions, conversion, testing and reporting, developed and implemented e-commerce strategy in order to improve website performance. Developed content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages. I Performed root cause analysis, identified and resolved issues, provided guideline solutions and worked on action items & impact analysis. As a result, Sweden achieved and exceeded the proposed YoY goal.
Responsible to monitor and ensure the accuracy of the pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. Role involves auditing operation teams & system outputs, suggesting and implementing process/system improvements, and identifying emerging process performance trends. Analyze all issues of internal and external stake holders and provide effective resolutions for same.
