• Responsible for Technical data analysis based on RFQ/RFI received from customer.
• Based on management decision, detailed study of drawings, BOM and ECN for a feasibility study with respect to available capacity along with engineering input.
• Derive the manufacturing process like Sheet metal cutting, forming, Heat treatment, Special process and estimate the Process/Labour time and calculate the WorkCentre wise labour cost.
• Estimate Part price (RC) based on labour, Material and logistic cost and derive NRC based on Tool Cost, Programming Time, Engineering technical documents, FAI and Project Management.
• Preparation of Quote Sheet with RC & NRC as per customer requirement specified in the RFQ letter.
• Deriving Pricing, Manpower, capex (machines, equipements) and WorkCentre wise hours required for complete projects and presenting to management/finance for approval & update the sheet if required.
• Prepare & analyze the comparative statement between Estimated Process & time with the actual one in the shop floor and give input CI team.

Company Overview: Design, Manufacturers and supply of CNC internal grinding machines, Spindles for various applications like lathe, milling, internal, external and surface grinding.

• Discuss with marketing and design department to understand the workload and customer requirements and delivery dates.
• Conduct meeting with inter-department like design, quality, production, Purchase and store to plan monthly and daily activities and discuss issues (if any) to meet the customer delivery dates.
• Follow-up with Purchase and Issue available Materials for production and also send parts to outsourcing process like CNC turning/milling, heat treatment and special process.
• Follow-up with vendor for outsourcing process.
• Coordinating with Quality for Material receiving inspection, supplier corrective action for re-work or rejection, initial sample submission (FAI).
• Regular interaction with the vendor and in-house for ensuring delivery on time.
