• Working closely with the DFX, VFX Supervisors, Production managers, Executive producers makein sure to create and implement the short and medium schedules across the departments to deliver weekly targets for their assigned shots.
• Checking overnight client mails for any shotgun notes/changes that affect the weekly targets or need to be communicated out to departments.
• Used to publish the weekly targets for the all the departments every week.
• Making sure with the departments prouction for making sure that the weekly targets are on track.
• Chasing upon the dependencies with the dept production coordinators to get the CG passes in comp on time. to make sure to achieve the client weekly targets.
