2) In this various steps was involved for processing ( Inward , DE1 , DE3, QC , Text files generation , text file validation , Photo & Sign validation etc).
3) Reconciliation of the PAN data received from various branches.
Shell Transource Ltd., formerly known by this name, was a major partner and service provider to NSDL, delivering services such as PAN card processing, e-TDS, TAN registration, and other related activities.
· The company was responsible for managing approximately 545 centers across PAN India.
· Key Responsibilities and Activities:
· Setting up and opening new branch offices across various regions.
· Installation of SAM (Statement Acceptance Module) at designated branches.
· Daily coordination with PAN India branches for smooth operational functioning.
· Liaison with NSDL to address and resolve any branch-level issues or service activities.
· MIS reconciliation on a regular basis for accurate reporting and tracking.
· Successfully conducted and completed branch audits across PAN India.
· Ensured timely closure of audit findings by closely coordinating with respective branch teams.
· Led the operations transition from Mumbai to Noida in January 2013.
· Successfully set up and stabilized the Operations team at the Noida location, ensuring continuity and efficiency post-transition.
