My responsibilities as follows:

• Accountable for completions of projects like- Un-released, Unallocated transaction report, rejections & outstanding credits across DB & DC Pensions
• Managed a team of eight full-time financial UK Pension specialists and oversaw their operational responsibilities.
• Supervised database system to track operational data including monthly PKT, Internal rejections, RCA's, sample audit and both external and Internal query trackers, leave tracker

As a UK Pension Administrator, my role involves managing and administering pension plans specifically within the United Kingdom. I am knowledgeable about the UK pension system, regulations, and practices. My responsibility included:

• I have handled the administration of Pension schemes, including both defined benefit and defined contribution plans. This involves processing of member enrollments, allocating contributions, and managing member data.
• Responsible for invoice payments in SWIFT, CHAPS & Faster mode with due diligence
• Delivered value-added solutions to meet client requirements and generated various reports based on client requests.
• Responsible for the release and authorization of daily payments up to £15 million, completed by 5 PM IST
• Developing and Issuing Investment or Disinvestment forms based on outcome of Cashflow forecasting

As a UK Pension Administrator, my knowledge of the UK pension landscape and ability to navigate regulatory requirements are crucial. By efficiently managing pension plans, contributed to the financial well-being and retirement security of scheme members within the UK.

• Responsible for switching the client fund investment from high risk funds to low risk or vice versa
• Used to check and issue confirmation letters to the clients
• Responsible for calculations of accurate fund values along with the existing and future contributions
