• Responsible for collection efficiency and regular follow up with defaulter customers through a dedicated team.
• Responsible to review accounts allocation and collection targets by in house team.
• Ensure that there are adequate Feet on Street availability area-wise / bucket-wise / segment-wise.
• Taking care of delinquent and NPA accounts related to KCC, SHG and Tractor loans along with Working Capital- CC, OD under farmer Finance.
• Controlling collection of NPA and write-off accounts.
• Responsible for initiating appropriate legal action against all NPA and write-off accounts.

• Responsible for collection efficiency in farmer finance, two wheeler loans, personal loans and Sugar factories tie up loans for the assigned area
• Responsible to track & control the delinquency of the area, Bucket-wise, DPD wise and focus on NPA cases
• Regular follow up with the default customers through a dedicated team
• Involvement in coordinating with legal team to ensure legal action is taken on specified cases
• Training & encouraging new staff joining organization to achieve organizational goals.

• To develop business in commercial vehicle and manage entire portfolio, handling 550 portfolio with 6 manpower.
• Building and leading a team of salesperson to help drive revenue.
• Create and execute a strategic sales pan that expands our customer base.
• Recruit sales representative , set objectives, train and coach them, and monitor their performance.
• Keep tracking outstanding debts.
• Plan course of action to recover owed money.
• Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
