S.P. Kallurkar is the Principal at AET's Atharva college of Engineering, Mumbai. He is B.E Mechanical Engineering, M.M.S and Doctorate in Industrial Engineering He has worked in industries as Bajaj Auto Ltd. And Kirloskar Brothers Ltd. Pune etc for five years and he has total 45 years of experience (5 years Industrial and 40 years Teaching) to his credit, He is founder HOD Production Engineering at SGGS Inst. Of engg and Tech Nanded, Principal at AISSMS College of Engg Pune and founder Principal Marathwada Mitramandal's College of Engg Pune etc. He is a recognized research Guide for BIT Ranchi, S P Pune University, SRTM University, Nanded SGB University, and Amravati DR. B A Marathwada University Aurangabad Solapur University, Pacific University etc. Twenty three candidates (2 in Management) including one International student have Received Ph.D. in Mechanical/ Production / Industrial Engineering and Management under his guidance and 06 candidates are working. He has published more than 100 papers at International and National level Journals, conference and seminars with 512 citations. He has filed 2 patents in Mechanical and IOT domain. He was mentor and auditor under TEQIP Phase I - World Bank supported project for DR. Babasaheb Ambedkar Tech. University, Lonere, Government College of Engineering Aurangabad, Government Polytechnic, Pune and RIT Sakharale. He was expert for TEQIP-II, at NPIU, MHRD New Delhi, during which he was study team member for the state of Uttar Pradesh and Mentor (Hand Holder) for the state of Jharkhand. He was also auditor and mentor for NIT Patna and NIT Agartala along with two institutes from West Bengal and one from AP and one from Gujarat state. He is now auditor mentor under TEQIP-III for SVNIT surat, NIT Rourkela, KLE Tech University's BVB Hubali and Govt. college of Engineering Chhattisgarh. He is founder co-ordinator of Entrepreneurship Development Cell established by DST and MHRD Government of india at SGGS IET Nanded which was rated as outstanding EDC continuously for three years by DST. He has organized 04 International Conference, 11 National seminars and 35 Entrepreneurship Awareness Camps. He was Editor for Journal of Engineering Education and Past President/Member of Engineering Education Foundation, Pune. He has executed 2 R & D Projects in entrepreneurship development funded by AICTE & MHRD, Government of India. Recognized Global level scientist by Google. Top 11% researchers in Industrial engineering globally by Research Gate.
