Consulted the client to carve out a specific product business globally in multiple phases as per regions and implemented the same in new landscape of SAP S/4 Hana system. This involved creation of business blue print document. global template consisting of new company codes on new landscape, seamless transition of business partners, implementation of new banking and payment process, setting up new intercompany EDI process, credit management, SD account determination, substitution and validations, manual EBS, Asset management etc..
Developed new forms and Scripts to print customer statements, debit and credit memos and other outputs as per the requirement of new company.
Single handily implemented the global payment card integration project for B2C and B2B business partners.
Implemented credit card, direct debit and Online Banking settlement process which has helped the business to capture the funds quickly and improved the payment card authorization up to 99%. This involved FI-SD account determination, card setup, process setup for authorization & reauthorization of payments, EBS for payment reconciliation, setting up interface with third party Payment Service Provider (PSP) for merchant payments.
Actively participated in testing, cutover, go live and hyper care activities for all the projects.
Actively participated in Sales Force implementation and integration with SAP S/4 Hana system which replaced legacy CRM system to manage B2B and B2C Sales and Service orders. Also implemented cash posting process which automates settlement of payments. This has eliminated manual reconciliation of payment card settlements. This project has helped improving the complete ecommerce business of the client. This has helped in professional growth, broadening and changing the customer experience with help of new technologies which is highly adapted in business world.
Implemented multiple process improvements with regards to EBS globally. This has greatly improved the reconciliation and cash application processing. It has helped eliminating huge manual work.
Implemented global drop ship process to effectively manage Taxes globally. This involved huge interaction with client directly. Involved in setting up FI-SD-MM integration. Setting up new intercompany process.
