RNTBCI 

Created surface and model design for multiple RNTBCI projects utilizing CATIA, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications and followed all the standards. Also Conducted formability analysis (CAE), springback analysis, Distortion and skid line defects using AutoForm software, delivering comprehensive reports on part manufacturability and proposing effective countermeasures for defects. Also analyses and modified the designs as per the formability results and change in need of the customer. Created the Panel Flow (feed layout), basic method plan (BMP) and the Method Plans (Layout) as per the requirement. Parts handled- ROOF, DOOR OTR, APRON, CANTRAIL,FENDER.
