Project: Hudson’s Bay Company

Hudson's Bay Company (HBC) is one of the fastest-growing department store retailers in the world, based on its successful formula of driving the performance of high quality stores and their all-channel offerings, unlocking the value of real estate holdings and growing through acquisitions. Founded in 1670, HBC is the oldest company in North America. Here we are supporting Merchandising applications like RFS, CRM, ASN, AMS in Retail sector and maintaining sales, purchase order, promotion and shipment notification data for reporting and users.

● Working on enhancement requirements and overcoming the bottlenecks in these applications.

● Worked on a clear case tool to move the informatica components across different environments like Dev, UAT and Production.

● Handling and resolving issues related to informatica, SQL, windows and FTP jobs and ensuring the data has been properly delivered.

● Worked on UC4 and ESP schedulers which are used to trigger the jobs in our system.

● Little knowledge on the mainframe domain like checking for mainframe datasets, definition of jobs.

Project: General Electric

We manage a comprehensive range of strategies spanning a suite of investment strategies designed to help meet the diverse needs of institutional investors around the world. HR3- Reporting and Analysis Platform involves analysis of data from client side with methods involving Business Intelligence to manage the data of various Employees and Officers working under and for clients.

● Worked extensively in tools pertaining to Universe Designer, ETL.

● Worked on SQL queries.

● Development and enhancements for the new project extracts and the existing ones. It involved Informatica and Universe Designer changes.

● Involved in resolving the tickets and issues related to customers.

● Understanding Client Business Process and Requirement, and implementing in System.

● Creating documentation required for resolving the issues and demonstration of Tools

● Provides Week End Support depending upon the requirements and preparing weekly status reports.

● For a period of 6 months, I have taken the ownership and worked on SAP BO XI 3.1 to BI 4.1 upgradation project. As part of this,

1. Coordination with BO admins by doing security and structure testing of 11 universes in BI 4.1 Universe Designer.

2. Checking for the correctness of over 200 important public webi reports in new BI 4.1 platform.

3. Solved over 200 user issues who raised requests for the same.

4. Client communication and updates on a daily basis for over the period of 4 months.
