Recentlycompletedprojects

  • Completed the Stride automation of corporate action sourcing for multiple domestic market, total save of 3 head count for the team, which comprises of 2 FTE save for the region I am supporting. It is a machine learning tool developed with the assistance of the vendor to read through the announcements posted in the official stock exchange websites, the system looks for the key words, sentence which was feed into it, given the combination of the announcement type which is effective and non-effective for the machine learning tool to correctly identify the effective announcements. the accuracy level in the beginning was on the average level, where non-effective event was captured and provided in the feed file. Post feeding of more samples, system has stored all these effective type of announcement in the database which improves the future feed file provided to the team. Currently the making portion of sourcing of corporate action announcement from website is completely done by the machine learning system and the vendor send’s the feed file to team. The process supervisor will check and share the effective event details to the processor to update in the Transaction Processing system. The making activity is completely automated now.
  • Cape system migration to version 15 from the current version 4, acting as process spoc, for discussing the system related issue with the vendor and the production support service team. Working closely with the senior stake-holders and the country middle office team to prioritize the issue which has key client challenges.

  • Automation of MT 566 (Disbursement processing), creating systemic solution, to create additional search criteria for key field’s, creation of additional remark column’s
