AI JIRA Automation Agent:

• Designed and developed a system to track the JIRA board, parse the tickets raised, and add solutions to the tickets as per the responses from the AI Agent using GPT-4.0.
• Stored the solutions data in PostgreSQL, and the AI agent knowledge base in Pinecone DB.

AI Email Automation Agent:

• Designed and developed a system to track the support emails received ,parse the emails and respond to the emails with appropriate solutions to the tickets as per the responses from the AI Agent using GPT-4.0.
