AI Competence Center (AICC):

• Worked as a part of Solution Architecture team to design, implement and provide platform solutions from initiation of the project from scratch.
• Designed,Created, maintained and updated kubernetes clusters and other container services from Azure cloud for Dev, Staging and prod.
• Implemented services like AKS,ACR, Azure OpenAI, networking, Azure Monitor, Logging, NSG, PG flexible servers, virtual machines,Load Balancers, gateways and many more.
• Designed and developed GitLab project and directory structure for various teams and customers based on project needs.
• Developed branching strategy in GitLab for segregation of the source code and managed role based access control. Made sure of the source code repo security at all times by taking over code ownership.
• Worked with customers and data scientists to migrate their AI based applications on the microservices architecture, Assisted and created helm charts and docker images for AI based chatbots apps.
• Achieved mission critical deployments over various environments by implementing ARGOCD and Gitops strategy for zero downtime.
• Created CICD Pipelines using GitLab Magenta CICD and ensured smooth and secure operation.
• Implemented concepts like Service Principal, RBAC and Keycloak authorization and authentication.
• Implemented security tools like Cert Manager, Trivy, Istio and others and assured the application services are secured with SSL and base images are free from CVE vulnerabilities.
• Delivered various tools for observability and logging like prometheus, grafana, Kiali, Elasticsearch and ELK stack.
• Worked on PSA standards and making platform DT PSA compliant by following instructions and implementing tools like Kyverno and applying policies.
• Wrote Terraform code for automating infrastructure and integrated with Magenta CICD GitLab workflow.

AI One Conversation (AIOC) :

• Assisted in implementing and maintaining AWS infrastructure including AWS services and EKS kubernetes clusters.
• Managed services like ECR, EKS , Load Balancers, Service Exposure, EC2, Networking, S3, EFS, Cloud Watch etc.
• Utilized helm charts and kustomize for deploying and migrating applications in a cloud native way on dev,stg and prod environments of kubernetes.
• Implemented Gitops strategy using ARGOCD and ensured zero downtime for continuous application deployment , ultimately increasing productivity.
• Used Terraform for creating resources over AWS infrastructure and to ensure infrastructure code base for reutilization and replication. integrated Terraform with GitLab CICD and managed state.
• Worked on enhances monitoring and logging solutions like Elasticsearch, ELK Stack, Kiali , Prometheus, Grafana, SNS, Alertmanager etc and achieved better observability at all times.
• Implemented service mesh as ISTIO and made sure of secure and Cert Manager SSL based inter service communication and secure service discovery and delivery on ingress and service level.
• Highly collaborated with other teams and took efforts to optimize the AWS costs to 15% by using methods of right sizing and calculated resource allocation.

HOME OS :

• Contributed to enhancing existing AWS infrastructure and modifying the relevant services consumed by various teams.
• Worked on Dev, Staging and Production environments of Elastic Kubernetes service , managed and maintained it.
• Created docker images for various applications and tools. Scanned and removed security loopholes in docker images and published vulnerability reports for them. Managed and Maintained ECR and MTR registries.
• Made sure seamless zero downtime deployments and promoting applications to various environments by utilizing Gitops, ARA tool and ARGOCD.
• created managed and maintained all the GitLab pipelines and troubleshooted and resolved various issues around them.
• Created centralized repository for repetitive pipeline steps and enhanced pipelines for using them as libraries , which resulted in easy and sorted pipelines with user friendly and smooth pipeline structure.
• Worked on enhancing helm charts for various applications and assured versioning of them, Deployed and maintained many applications and tools in Helm Chart format as custom helm charts.
• Implemented ISTIO and cert manager for service security. Implemented Kyverno tool and its policies throughout all environments to achieve PSA.
• Worked on terraform for creating infrastructure and managed source code of it.

Microservices 360 :
