DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF 3-PART WITH CRP HEMATOLOGY DEVICE. (IN PROCESS),

· Benchmarking of haematology analyzer

· Study and understand the functionality of product.

· Concept generation in Sheet metal/Machined part based on client requirements.

· Design and Development of POC test fixtures to evaluate Performance/Functionality of sub modules.

· Component selection of mechanical OTS parts and basic knowledge on Hardware components

· Understanding and Co-ordinating with Firmware and Hardware teams to meet the design requirements.

· Performing calculations for stepper motor and torque calculations to meet the requirement.

· Proposing New fool proof concepts (Poka yoke design) to reduce service time and easy of assembly.

· Identifying the sub module in the pipette to perform endurance test.

· Attended the brain storming session to come up with different test fixture concept. For different module

· Designed and Developed of POC test fixtures to evaluate Performance/Functionality of sub modules like (barrel cam, tip ejector, gear box and plunger modules).

· Creation 3D and 2D models. Based on requirement like (machined, Plastic and Sheetmetal)

· Adding GD&T, inspection and critical dimensions based on critical features for given tolerances,

· Component selection of mechanical OTS parts for test fixtures.

· Coordinating with vendor to get RFQ, fabrication and assembling the test fixtures

· Co-ordinating with Firmware and Hardware teams to meet the design requirements.

· Performing endurance test for different modules to check functionality of parts/assemblies.

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF CONSOLE KEYPAD FOR DIGITAL CUTTING TABLE MACHINE

· Benchmarking of ESKO table cutting console.

· Study and understand the functionality Keypad.

· Concept generation. By selecting different type of mechanism. (Tactile, silicon rubber and membrane switches.) and finalizing.

· Co-ordinating with Hardware teams to integrated PCB board in same console

· Concept generation for Holding keypad by using Sheetmetal and machined part. Considering all hardware PCB requirements.

· Component selection of mechanical OTS parts

· 2D drawing creation. Used GD&T, inspection dimensions based on critical features for given tolerances,

· Coordinating with vendor to get RFQ, fabrication and assembling of the keypad

· Performed Module testing and debugging.


VAVE ON DIGITAL CUTTING TABLES

· Attended the Brainstorming sessions on the Potential cost savings parts

· Performing VAVE engineering by redesigning existing parts, suggesting alternate material, Component commonization and replacing manufactures parts with equivalent off-the shelf parts for
