· Attended the brain storming session to come up with different test fixture concept. For different module
· Designed and Developed of POC test fixtures to evaluate Performance/Functionality of sub modules like (barrel cam, tip ejector, gear box and plunger modules).
· Creation 3D and 2D models. Based on requirement like (machined, Plastic and Sheetmetal)
· Adding GD&T, inspection and critical dimensions based on critical features for given tolerances,

· Benchmarking of ESKO table cutting console.
· Study and understand the functionality Keypad.
· Concept generation. By selecting different type of mechanism. (Tactile, silicon rubber and membrane switches.) and finalizing.
· Co-ordinating with Hardware teams to integrated PCB board in same console
· Concept generation for Holding keypad by using Sheetmetal and machined part. Considering all hardware PCB requirements.
