• I have been part of 3 client projects until now.
• I am currently working with the same Chemicals manufacturing company for their new process Quality Management workstream in Celonis.
• I worked for a leading Chemicals manufacturing company based out of US for their Plant Maintenance workstream in Celonis where our primary focus areas were to decrease the Work order changes, visibility into Planned vs Actual cost & Planned vs Actual hours for a work order, Master data update & Data quality issues, decrease break-in orders, free text orders, plant shutdown impact on plant production etc and received an Applause award for the impact our team had.
• I have worked for one of the leading US Oil & Gas company where I was part of their Process Modeling team which is done on a tool SAP Signavio . I was individual owner of my work-stream in the project where I lead end to end discussions, requirements gathering, design workshops, client discussions and modeling the future state E2E scenarios in Signavio.
• Prior to this I was working for a leading US video programming distributor where I was leading the India team and was a individual contributor in terms of creating multiple Power BI reports to analyze the revenue and geographical presence of client which was used by their Directors and Head of Marketing Analytics team. Extensively used SQL to managing and creating queries in the back-end which then fed into Power BI.
• I am also involved in team engagement activities where I arranged a team event for our entire Mumbai team of 30+ for which I received a Spot award

I was part of two different teams in Maersk:
Business Architect (Digital Procurement Excellence team) :
• I was part of Center of Excellence (CoE) for Process Mining which was done on Celonis.
• I have mined P2P (Purchase to Pay) process in Celonis which involved right from building the data sets to loading the data set, getting client requirements, deriving strategic insights, building key KPIs that tracks growth and loss depending upon the metrics etc.
Senior Associate Data Analytics (Knowledge Center team) :
• Analyzed and preparing reports such as Category Analysis, Unit cost analysis, Spend-Volume Analysis, RFQ Analysis, etc. in coordination with respective category managers, Sourcing Consultants, and various stakeholders.
• Creating insightful dashboards using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Report Server version.
