  • NRR (Negative Response Rate) project, The NRR metric defines the vendor's dissatisfaction rate with the vendor's services offered to them. Proven improvement in the NRR metric by 1400bps from 65% in Q3'22 to 51% in Q2'23 and to 27% in Q1'24.
  • Site Employee Engagement lead, 06/2022, 12/2022, Organized a number of site events, such as the All Hands Meet at BLR, which attracted 700+ employees and was highlighted as a success story in the director's WBR. This event also emphasized frugal living with activities like "Fashion show-best out of waste."
  • STAR LOP Expansion Project, 04/2021, 11/2021, Reviewed and tested 1270 communication blurbs across the languages and stores before publishing in different languages in RA function in close coordination with program team.
