Working for Accenture's diamond client AT&T in the Finance Billing Sector.
Good knowledge in ETL tool IBM Datastage and Unix.
Modified existing application to correct coding errors, upgrade interfaces and improve overall performance on production.
Part of migrating entire application to Azure Cloud . Created the architectural diagram of the application and carried out upgrade of Connect Direct to Connect Direct Secure + and setting up of the onprem server on the POC environment along with carrying out all the upgrades required.
Resolved client tickets within the given ETA & received appreciation from the Client on several occasions for the same.
Provide support & monitoring jobs along with modifying environment variables, parameters, monitoring logs , modifying shell scripts as and when required.

Having good and trusted relations with all the users and Client.
Experience in Power BI , created dashboard displaying monthly analysis of the Work Requests/Tickets in each application on basis of the count of requests , kind of requests, time, etc. Received appreciation from Higher Management.
Use Power BI to create Graph that is used by the higher management in their weekly status calls.
