Signature Placement

This solution automates the process of applying a Partner's ePen signature to prepared Tax Returns in Tax Docs. When a user provides a list of Tax Docs file locations, the automation fetches and verifies the user's ePen signature, identifies signature pages in the return, stamps the signature and date on those pages and uploads a new version of the signed return as well as the extracted signature pages into Tax Docs for review. The automation is built using Desktop Flow to streamline the entire process.

Signature Extraction
This solution automates the process of extracting signature pages from Tax returns saved in TaxDocs. This bot fetches the documents from TaxDocs and extracts signature pages from tax returns within those documents and places the extracted pages back in TaxDocs based on output selections. The automation is built using PowerApps, Cloud Flow, and Desktop Flow to streamline the entire process.

Batch Form Process
This allows you to upload Tax Form data using a template that can be generated by the bot. Upon populating the template with your Tax Form data, the bot will generate the Form PDFs you requested and save it to the designated Tax Docs folder. The automation is built using PowerApps, Cloud Flow, and Desktop Flow to streamline the entire process.

It is used after completing the State Return Automation workflow steps. It imports state return data into GoSystem, prints the state returns & uploads the PDFs to TaxDocs. The automation is built using PowerApps, Cloud Flow, and Desktop Flow to streamline the entire process.

This bot is designed to extract Freddie CMBS files using AI Models, The bot extracts details from relevant sections of 6 different types of PDF files using respective AI Models and compiles the data into an output Excel file.

Tax Extensions
For the tax extension automation, I developed function apps to streamline the management of zip files. These function apps are designed to zip a list of files, combine multiple zip files into a single zip file, and remove redundant files from an existing zip archive. I then integrated these function apps into custom connectors, enabling seamless use within the required cloud flows to enhance the efficiency of the automation process.
