- Curation of gene-disease relationships, and variants information from peer-reviewed scientific journals from PubMed, GeneReview, Medgen, OMIM and/ or through direct submissions
- Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) identification and mapping, profiling including associations, research interests and publications
- Virtual WGS, WES and CNV panel development for rare genetic disease diagnosis focused on pediatric patients
- Building structured data from the existing proprietary knowledge base of variants and genes
- Establishing SOP's and maintain quality control of curated data
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams and assigned project leaders to monitor scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget and timing for all projects
- Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
- Analyze, evaluate and program risks and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal teams like Finance, Bioinformatics, Genomics and AI, execution to meet revenue targets and provide application support to improve sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Follow-up post project services for feedback for effective customer complaint resolving and proposing corrective/preventive action for the same.
