• Area of Work : Mercedes-Benz Cars - Product Data Management and Release Management

- Providing support to BTVs, Release Management, Product Overview
and CAX team in bill of material Quality, Monitoring list, Code rule,
feasibility / ambiguity / completeness, variant management and
product management.

- Reduced reclamation count from plant by creating awareness within team to avoid/ address BTV failers too before releasing any changes to Dialog system.

- SPOC for EE ECU commodity. workload distribution, training team on technical topics, OTD monitoring and managing all BR tasks and deliver on time.

- SPOC for 100days PDM training and German Language co ordination b/w PDM and MBRDI learning center.

-Traveled to Germany 4 times for learning and improve Stakeholder collaboration.

• Area of work: Mercedes-Benz Cars - Bill of material Management

- Responsible for documentation of Electrical and electronic
components such as ECU, Telematics and wiring harness
-Responsible for bill of material management for all MB cars through its life cycle.

-Responsible for releasing all MB Cars KEMs with high quality and on time delivery to the affected plants.

• Area of work: Mater Process Documentation

Creating the illustrations required for the operators to understand the assembly process. Remote Importing data from different data bases by using Team Center.
