I lead a team focused on ideating and delivering new revenue-generating opportunities for Uber AI Solutions. I’m involved in the entire lifecycle of complex projects including product management, from converting business needs into product requirements, designing and delivering MVPs & scalable solutions. In addition to leading execution, I play a key role in product roadmap and program planning, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. My responsibilities also include collaborating with cross-functional teams - product, engineering, legal, privacy, compliance, and security to ensure seamless execution. I built and manage a team of 30 engineers, driving efficiency and impact. I was promoted around a year after joining due to the successful delivery of key projects and demonstrated leadership.

• A web app enabling earners to perform labeling, annotation, and field tasks, driving user engagement, providing a scalable income stream, achieving a 98% CSAT, minimal technical issues, and generating valuable insights for future optimizations.
• A data collection platform enabling large-scale audio, image, and video data collection for AI/ML and LLM training for client pilots driving substantial revenue.
  
• A crowd-sourced operations platform for Independent Contractors (ICs), reducing operational costs by 30%, increasing scalability, and successfully launching an MVP in just 3 months.
  
• A centralized Resource Management Platform streamlining contractor and vendor management, automating operations and timesheet validation, saving ~30K$/month, and enhancing visibility into vendor performance and operational efficiency.
  
• An automated Assessment Application enabling 1000s of ICs to take tests on a scalable platform, enhancing efficiency, and preparing for future integrations and migration to the internal stack, while meeting tight GCP deployment deadlines.

• Primary point of contact for Android Telephony(Voice) and RIL (Radio Interface Layer) teams
• One of the earliest contributors to Android projects in the team
• Involved in end-to-end design, development of multi-sim functionality on Android telephony from scratch
