  • Manage small services contracts remotely for the Netherlands and Sweden (up to $100K value).
  • Understand the scope of services / contract renewal with correct involvement of stakeholders (FSM, Account Managers and Local SOL, Engineers).
  • Have pricing prepared with the help of contract support specialists.
  • Obtain Financial approvals via SEA, Project Velocity.
  • Submit quotes/offers to customers before 2 months of contract anniversary date.
  • Obtain Correct Purchase Orders from customers.
  • Inform customers post bookings via Order Acknowledgements.
  • Have contracts booked on time in CRM with the help of Renewal Specialist.
  • Verify Contract Set-up in SFDC, Siebel and SAP.

  • Handle end-to-end service contract renewal process in a stipulated time of 180 days.
  • Support SOLs with their customer base annually, predominantly in BeNeLux Region.
  • Responsible for complete service contract pricing (SESP, Parts Management, Labor) with the help of pricing tools (OPB).
  • Work on ISA and MPA customer specific pricing files - Exxon GMAs, BOB Pricing Toolkit, PetroIneos Tools, Shell EFA.
  • Work on proposal documents, contract documents (via LEAP), Order acknowledgements, RNOCs in collaboration with the SOLs.
  • Regular meetings with Service Operations Leaders, PFMs and other stakeholders to discuss contract renewals and/or to review the scope of the contract.
  • Driving Financial approvals through SEA, PV and e-GAP.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams like Cyber/HICS, HCP/AS, ISLC for 3rd party contract pricing, GCC/Contract Admin for contract set-up, booking orders in SAP, follow up on internal/external orders, invoicing and Parts Management.
  • Co-ordinate with suppliers/ vendors Hexagon/PAS for quotes and providing POs (3rd party pricing in service contracts).
  • Create Proforma (PSC) in Salesforce for contract set-up.
  • Knowledge of SIEBEL CRM, Salesforce and basic knowledge of SAP.
  • Handle high value and critical customer contracts like Exxon/Esso, Shell, BP, TOTAL, SABICs, INEOS to name a few.
