1. Team Leadership-
· At present, leading a team of 2, managing four vital service lines with combined workforce of 2000 employees.
· Tracking of the Open Bench Pool
· Handling 4 Service lines with skills – Oracle, Microsoft, Powerbi, ServiceNow, Salesforce. etc
· Tracking record of the resource utilization pool
· Performance Review with all the resources
· Worked on Powerbi Dashboard that helps to display Headcount of the Service Line
· Maintaining daily reports
· Automation of the Reports
2. Workforce Planning-
· By working closely with senior leadership, Delivery Team I ensure workforce planning aligns with external client requirements, optimizing the billable hours of the resources with maximum use of internal available pool.
· Tools used – SETU, SAP Success Factor, Matrix, Decidalo
· Daily Review calls with the Service lines and deliverables.
· Connecting with clients belongs from Japan, Europe, Americas
· Handling resources from global regions.
· Daily transactions done on tools. Transactions include- Resource location transfer, Resource project transfer, High bench ageing cases, HR cases, Requirement raised and ending project dates.
· Checking upon the Project extension cases, Bench code cases, Ticket Raising.
· Ticket raising for solving issues of resources.
· Tracking Shadow resources.
· Maintaining 2 reports for the Demand and the supply as well as a Master report.
· Blocking of the resources.
· Training and upskilling of the resources.
· Working closely with the HR BP for cases of Absconding, Maternity, Resignation etc.
3. Resource Management-
· Ensuring Right Resource at the Right place at the right time with right skill set is my main focus in this role.
4. Strategic Management-
· Discussing strategies with team and taking decisions aligning with the organization vision & mission. This also includes being proactive and refining strategies by working closely with project managers, delivery team, service line team to meet evolving market demands.
5. Upskilling & Cross-skilling-
· Initiatives are taken for the upskilling, crossing skilling of the resources as per the project requirements for the betterment of the company and the resources with the help of Learning & development team.
· Analyzing the performance, skill gap, review with the project managers is also done to help the upskilling for the resources.
6. Stakeholder Management-
· Capable to consistently foster strong relationship across the company’s stakeholders ensuring clear, logical written and verbal communication, understanding the requirements, suggesting the right resources as per the skills, guiding the next path that aligns with the company’s growth with maximum utilization of the resources and help to achieve more project opportunities and avoiding revenue loss of the company.
7. Third Party Contract Hiring-
· Working closely with the third party contractors, finding the right resources as per project requirement for temporary period of time to achieve the goals and generate revenue.
· Maintaining record of the resources hired from Third party agencies, scheduling interviews with the panel member and coordinating the whole process smoothly.
8. Ageing Resources of the company-
· Managing the resources reflecting on bench for longer period of time, suggestion of certifications and programs, Helping with the HR actions.
· Having a bench call for each Service Line Every week and getting updates from the resources. Address the challenges with the help of HRBP.
Role- HR Generalist -
· Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various subjects such as leaves, compensations, and resolve problems. · Coordinate administration of compensation, benefit plans and leave. · Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes. · Conduct training and on-boarding for new employees. · Promote HR programs to ensure a happy and healthy work environment. · Employee Engagement. · Develop and implement new human resource policies. · HR Auditing · Collect and assess HR data for performance management and other tasks using metrics. · Maintain a database of all the employee’s information and ensure they are up to date and secure. · Training Intern· Screening of more than 100 applicants every day.
