• Documenting relevant information from the conversation between the patient and physician in specific EHR on real time.
• Summarize medical facts in professional clinical reports.
• Proficiency in navigating EHRs and enter clinical reports and data directly into customer EHR's, adhering to specific guidelines and workflows.
• Staying informed about medical terminology, and documentation requirements through ongoing training and education.
• Understand and comply with policies and procedures related medico-legal matters, including confidentiality, release of information, and medical records.

• Diligently scribing for a family health practitioner and effectively boosted her efficiency.
• Selected from the global team to have a monthly business review meeting with the leadership team.
• Efficiently offered coverages as required and adjusted to the preferences of the provider.
• Active part of the quality audit team and have assessed the scribe's charting abilities, gathering feedback from different providers.
• Selected to be a part of the implementation team in facilitating the smooth transition of the scribe with the provider, offering background support as necessary and providing feedback to help the scribe establish a stable working relationship with the provider.
• Conducted buddy training sessions for the new batches, offering constructive feedback to help enhance their charting skills to meet the required proficiency and standards.
