• Chat Handling: Engaging with customers in live chat sessions to address queries, provide assistance, and offer solutions promptly
• Ticket Handling: Addressing customer concerns or issues submitted through tickets in a timely and efficient manner.

• Responsible for managing multiple parameters with process development
• My biggest achievement in this company is that I moved from Associate level (L1) to Senior Associate level (L2) which is escalation desk in six to seven months.

• I have met almost all parameters on monthly basis, and last 3 month my name was selected for stack ranking, some time I faced difficulties in my daily work.
