Women and Youth Empowerment Initiative (June 2018 - July 2021)
- Designed and Managed the Vocational Training Centre (VTC) initiative, delivering six-month, high-quality skill development programs to underserved youth, leading to measurable job placements and improved livelihood outcomes.
- Directed and mentored a network of 1,000 community-based ABHA women, equipping them to effectively communicate TATA Power-DDL’s CSR initiatives and play a pivotal role in grassroots community development efforts.
- Oversaw the operations of 285 Women Literacy Centres (WLCs) across North and North West Delhi, leading recruitment and training of local women educators to deliver TCS-designed, six-month computer-based functional literacy programs to non-literate women.
- Conceptualized, developed, and executed a comprehensive "Socio-Economic Survey" project during the training phase, encompassing questionnaire design, field implementation, data analysis, and final reporting.
Employee Volunteering and Environment Initiative (August 2021 to December 2023)
- Led the execution and planning of Tata Group’s flagship volunteering initiative—its largest annual volunteering month—by developing activity schedules and ensuring seamless on-ground implementation.
- Maintained and regularly updated the SEWA employee volunteering portal, tracking participation, activities, and volunteer hours to ensure data accuracy and transparency.
- Compiled and submitted weekly MIS and activity reports to the Tata Sustainability Group (TSG), ensuring timely reporting and alignment with corporate sustainability goals.
- Coordinated outreach with 300+ government schools across North and Northwest Delhi to raise awareness on energy conservation and climate change, engaging company Zonal Managers (ZMs) and District Managers (DMs) and culminating in interactive, and educational activities.
- Spearheaded the 'National Urja Mela event, bringing together students from Delhi and TATA Power subsidiaries under the Club Enerji program to participate in a series of competitions focused on sustainability, innovation, and energy awareness.
Building CSR strategy and entrepreneurship initiatives (January 2024 to present)
- Maintained and streamlined CSR, Beneficiary, and Budgetary MIS using Total Quality Management (TQM) methodology to ensure data accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment.
- Developed and compiled CSR case studies and applications for Total Quality Management (TQM) assessments, showcasing best practices and measurable community impact.
- Monitored and updated the CSR Effectiveness Index—an in-house performance measurement tool based on six key parameters to evaluate the impact and efficiency of CSR initiatives.
- Led the annual NGO Scorecard assessment, overseeing the evaluation of all partner NGOs and coordinating the recognition of top performers during the Annual Reward & Recognition ceremony.
- Managed and coordinated the Handloom and Jute Unit under the SHG/EDP program in partnership with two NGOs, promoting livelihood generation and skill development for women and marginalized groups.
