1. TUI Process: - As a Associate

• Manage the accurate and timely processing of invoices on daily basis
• Processing Invoices with the help of bookings
• Processing PO and Non PO invoices in SAP

2. Hotelbeds process: - As Sr. Associate

• Handling queries of credit and VCC (Virtual credit card) suppliers
• Respective Suppliers Query processing-posting, call handling on daily, weekly and Monthly basis
• Checking supplier's status of payments and also maintaining data of overpayment
• Also process the invoices of the supplier to clear the debit balance in sap
• Updating suppliers bank details with the help of Master data Team
• Processing PO and Non-Po invoices in Atlas

3. National Express:- As a Team Leader

• Processing PO/Non-PO Invoices in Open Accounts, Ebis
• Processing Eng invoices in 7I Datastream
• Handling queries relating to Payment due, invoice missed, incorrect invoice, short received and PO missing, query processing was resolved on time along with calls
• Mails monitoring from clients if any urgent payments to be processed
• Processing Intercompany invoices in timely manner
