• Melamine and Aflatoxins M1 in Milk and Milk Products.
• Compilation of Validation data and documents as per ISO guidelines.
• Maintaining CRMS and Stock Solutions
• Calibration and Maintenance of LCMSMS
• Successfully passed PT in fruit and fruit products.
• HPLC - Technical Skills
• Analysis of complete range of food as per FSSAI, NABL and AOAC.
• Analysis of Toxins, Nots, Vitamins, Caffeine, Capsaicin, Curcumin, Artificial Sweeteners, Antioxidants, Preservatives, Histamine, Glucosamine hydrochloride etc.
• Hands on experience in elemental analysis in food and food raw materials like cereal and cereal based products, Spices and condiments, animal feeds, fish and fishery products, fruits and vegetables, beverages, meat and poultry products, coffee, tea, confectionery, premixes, etc.
• Successfully passed PT and ILC samples for TUV India Private Limited
• Method Validation and preparation of SOP for above mentioned analysis.
