• Handle any Plastic Raw Material (Currently PP, PA6, PA66, POM, ABS,)
• Handle any Injection Molding Machine (Currently Ferromatic, Hyton, Gold coin, 50 to 500 ton).
• Overall 8 years of working experience in plastic injection molding process .
• Expertise to solve technical issues from plastic injection molding process .
• Possess strong sense of organization, communication and interpersonal skills systematic and objective problem .
• Analysis skills, Ability to work in a team, High degree of initiative, Effective time management and Excellent Customer Relations.
• Spare Parts Planning done by Spare Matrix to reduce the spare loss of a machine .
• To improve skill newly associate straining module prepared & training provided and check the skill enhancement by skill matrix .
• For monthly monitoring of equipment life, Equipment Enhancing Report .
• Monitoring of production target as per check the quality of parts .
• Manpower handle & Daily Review of production, Rejection, lumps & Downtime .
• Knowledge about 5s, KAIZEN, ISO, INITIAL CAPABLITY STUDY, 7 QC tools .
• Responsible for achieving production targets .
• Responsible for Improving the Productivity
• Reducing Rejection rate
• Ensuring 5S in shop floor
• Maintaining discipline & harmony on the shop floor
• Reducing Absenteeism
• Improve Cycle time
• Must be Flexible for working in production & Quality
• Prepare MIS
• Leave plan monitoring-shift Report & Communication Meeting

• POKA YOKA implementation if applicable & its sustenance through monitoring sheet
• Responsible for monthly data in house rejection, cost, weight, ppm.

* Document all formulation processes, changes, and test results accurately and maintain proper records .

* Support product scale-up and production processes, ensuring successful transfer of formulations to manufacturing
