Process Automation -  I was a part of the Service Automation team, where I helped the automation team to understand the process. My role involved collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify key areas for automation and implementing solutions that streamlined operations. During this time, I worked on designing and deploying automated workflows that improved service delivery and consistency. Additionally, I played a role in training team members on the new automated systems and provided ongoing support to ensure smooth transitions and optimal utilization of the automation tools. 

Service Standardization - I was a part of the Service Standardization team, where my role involved collaborating with various centers to identify discrepancies in service delivery and providing standardized procedures to address these gaps. By implementing these standardized processes, we were able to ensure that all team members/centers followed the same procedures. One of my achievements was the development of comprehensive training and programs to educate staff on the new standards. This not only facilitated a smoother transition to the standardized processes but also helped maintain a high level of service quality and compliance.
