• Performing quality checks to ensure the accurate workflow of deals reported to the mortgage banker, asset managers.
• Assisting SMEs and underwriters in performing underwriting tasks, such as providing necessary documents and information, and performing the required tasks on various financial and non-financial parts, as required.
• Assessed the performance of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), senior housing, and affordable housing properties from the US real estate market, ensuring optimal utilization of available incentives and compliance with regulations.

As an analyst:

• Standardization and in-depth analysis (investment analysis, equity analysis, debt analysis) from the financial statements of companies belonging to almost all industries, as per predefined policies, ensures turnaround time (TAT) on a digital platform.
• Currently, it operates in the globally renowned and recognized database, S&P Capital IQ, and S&P Capital IQ Pro, to extract recent reports or information requested by the clients.
• Utilization of the Capital IQ database to extract information or reports as per client requirements.
• Expertise in the extraction and analysis of financial information from various document types, such as 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and press releases.

As a Trainer:

• Worked as a buddy, mentor for new hires. Also trained new hires on process, workflow management and till date trained/cross trained almost for 70-75 members
• Preparation of training performance reports on weekly basis and report to management and trainees about the same
• Taken knowledge transfer (KT)/refresher sessions whenever required (E.g., Implementation effect of IFRS 16, IFRS 15, US GAAP)

QC Analyst:

• Worked for internal quality check team to ensure accuracy of the analysis of the data maintain in database
• Suggested check logic to trigger irregularities in data which further helps to maintain accuracy in Capital IQ database
• Client Support: Understand and reply to client queries whenever received and follow up if any further queries/requirement receive
• Lean Project: Changing document issuance methodology from sequential process to parallel process (Hour's savings - 770 hrs)
• Training Digitization Project: For better user experience and savings in manual training hours, digitized entire training transcripts by using DOMINO and SNAGIT platform
