• Responsible to build relationship with Wealth Banking, Retail MFDS/IFAS and National Distributor channels and offering advisory on IDFC AMC Products
• Handling sales through Multi channels & increasing market share from the existing relationships.
• Contribute to sustained growth in sales through initiatives targeted at long term development of distributor relationships and deepen markets for the organization.

• Ensuring growth of business and surpassing periodical sales targets in terms of funds mobilized through Banking channel and National distributor.
• Promotion of UTI MF Schemes, knowledge about the products and MF industry to NDs & Bank representative.
• Conducting necessary training/knowledge transfer sessions to keep them updated on the market and product front.

• Managing business through MFD & Support to distribution force and investors.
• Conducting investor's meet, agent's meeting and organizing participation in finance fairs etc.
• To ensure targeted growth in business through the respective Branch and manage Branch administration.
• Increase in number of Investors & Penetration into new areas.

• Execution of Hello Bosstomer - Aditya Birla Group initiative on Ideation at business level for Birla White.
• Birla White Value-Added Products Launch - plan for 3 New products- BW Repaints, BW Excel, BW Extocare at Pan India level.
• Reviewing the existing performance of Call-Centre, Identifying the issues and Strategy formulation for future.
