1. Workshop Architect.

While working at Workshop Architects, through placement by Efficiently, I contributed significantly by providing Revit support to their team. My responsibilities included:

• Working Drawing Support: Assisted in completing detailed working drawings, ensuring they met project specifications and timelines.
• Complex Revit Families: Created advanced Revit families tailored to project needs, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in the design process.
• Redline Revisions: Reviewed and implemented changes based on redlines provided by the staff, ensuring all corrections were addressed effectively.
• CAD to BIM Conversion: Converted existing CAD drawings into detailed BIM models, improving project collaboration and data integration.
• LOD Progression: Advanced BIM models from LOD 200 to LOD 300, providing a higher level of detail and readiness for construction documentation.

2. Allied Modular.

At Allied Modular, a company specializing in modular office spaces, partitions, guard houses, and machine enclosures, I was tasked with transitioning their entire workflow from CAD to BIM, using Revit. My responsibilities included:

• Workflow Optimization: Conducted an in-depth study of the company’s existing CAD-based processes, and devised a streamlined workflow in BIM, tailored to their modular construction needs.
• Family Creation: Developed complex Revit families to integrate all modular elements, ensuring seamless adaptability and precision in designs.
• Bill of Materials (BOM): Enabled accurate and automated BOM generation directly from BIM models, significantly improving material tracking and estimation accuracy.
• Dynamo Scripts Development: Created custom Dynamo scripts to automate repetitive tasks and perform complex calculations, reducing manual effort, and enhancing efficiency.
• Implementation and Training: Successfully implemented the new BIM workflow and provided guidance to the team, ensuring smooth adoption of the Revit-based processes.
