• Rogers Communication - I solved various provision-related issues in IPTV, TN, and networks. For solving those issues, we acquired knowledge in SOMR by using Oracle-based applications OSM, UIM, ASAP, Oracle DB, SoapUI, Linux, SQL, and Putty, Splunk. We received the Best Team Award from the customers.
• Able to handle client and customer issues, resolving them in a timely manner without getting escalations. Working on Linux (inserting and deleting data) and SQL (database) to retrieve records and information. Tools used include SQL, SoapUI, Oracle tool UIM, OSM, ASAP, PUTTY, and production servers (Citrix servers).

Executed telecommunication projects at Tech Mahindra, Ltd. as Radio Frequency Analyzer for GLOBE TELECOM.
Optimized performance of LTE, UMTS, and GSM networks based on client specifications.
Analyzed key performance indicators including TCH DROP, SDCCH DROP, and TCH blocking to enhance network efficiency.
Conducted regular drive tests and performed log file analysis to identify and rectify coverage issues.
Implemented adjustments to tilt, height, and azimuth of existing cells to improve signal quality.
Ensured database consistency by checking parameter settings, LAC, BSIC, and BCCH mismatches.
