  • Role: Salesforce Developer
  • Created Validation, Lead Assignment Rules as per business requirement.
  • Designed and implemented entitlement processes within Salesforce Service Cloud to effectively manage customer service agreements, ensuring customers receive the level of support they are entitled to base on their service contracts.
  • Developed custom entitlement management and milestone solutions using Salesforce Entitlements, tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Implemented dynamic milestone timing functionality using Apex code and custom meta-data allowing for the prioritization and automatic adjustment of milestone completion times based on the urgency and importance of customer cases.

  • CPQ Contracts life cycle management like amendments.
  • Used data loader to deploy the products with product options, product rules, Price rules, Quote template, Sections, Content etc.
  • Built an LWC to display related list data, including dynamic logic such as displaying a message when no active subscriptions are found for a record.
  • Designed and implemented a CRUD-enabled LWC for managing a junction object, supporting insert, update, and delete operations with real-time UI updates and automatic synchronization with related parent objects when records are missing.
