Work Description:

• Revenue assurance platform that efficiently and proactively detects, corrects, prevents and recover revenue and cost leakages.
• Experience In Amdocs Billing and other In house application like C1D1, GingerByAmdocs, RTB(Real Time Billing).
• The billing process involves receiving billing records from various networks, determining the billing rates associated with the billing records, calculating the cost for each billing record, aggregating these records periodically to generate invoices, sending invoices to the customer, and collecting payments received from the customer.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Perform Progression as well as Regression API Solution Testing Post Portfolio test in each PI for new features/enhancements.
• Automation of end-to-end service including Order Capture, Handling, Pricing, Configuration, Tax Calculation, and validations till submission and completion of an order.
• Evaluating different types of test data needs before start of each PI. Architecting the solution to provide the required test data.
• Acting Lead for one of the Squad Team responsible for Test Data.
• Working with Different teams to Integrate the System properly.Also Involved in the Running the Billing Scenario's of E2E Testing.
• Working with Client for Testing E2E Scenario's on Web Application.
• Worked on Amdocs Billing Product and Customer Management.
• Worked extensively on Regression Scenario's in Automation Area.

• ICM Capital Limited is a UK headquartered ECN broker , Customers can trade a range of assets including forex through the MT4 platform.
• Reporting and documenting technical issues.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Perform regression testing and debugging directly.
• Verify code patches and bug fixes.
• Validation of Expected output vs Actual output in respective database tables Using SQL.
• Create, design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts.
• Analyze and document test results and create detailed defect reports.
• Execution of test cases from Test Lab in HPALM tool.
• Identification of defects, registering them in HPALM and reporting them to the onsite lead.
