• Responsible for part checking

• Handling day to day activities & maintenance of CMM

• Participated in SAP QM training sessions to understand the integration of quality management with other SAP modules.
• Collaborated with the IT team to ensure proper setup and customization of SAP QM settings to meet specific quality standards.
• Conducted user acceptance testing (UAT) for new SAP QM functionalities and provided feedback for improvements.
• Assisted in developing and maintaining quality plans, inspection plans, and quality certificates using SAP QM.
• Generated and analyzed SAP QM reports to identify and address quality issues, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Planning of Raw material
• Providing Shop order, Purchase Requisition, Routing, & Scheduling etc
• Working at final inspection
• Doing visual inspection
• Using multi gauges for checking multiple diameters at same time as well as multiple length
• Generate CAPA.

• Analysis of Welding defects in fabrication
• Inspection of newly developed parts, final inspection
• Resolution of Quality issues in fabrication at customer end
• Root cause analysis for various failures for current and future products and initiates CAPA
• Knowledge of Pretreatment (Phosphating) & Powder Coating.
