As a Facility Manager at Jubilant FoodWorks Limited, I am responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of our facilities to support seamless business operations. My role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure infrastructure reliability, managing vendor relationships, and implementing best practices in sustainability, compliance, and workplace safety. 1.Handling Maintenance activities at all Domino's store of Assam , Tripura, Manipur. Total outlet 25.
2.Leading team Of 5 GPM(GENERAL PURPOSE MECHANIC) & 3 Bike GPM to look into day to day Breakdown and PMS activity.
3.Maintaining Asset like Cold-room, Oven, HVAC, DG , Makeline, Freezer, RO, Bikes, UPS, Stabilizer, lighting system etc.
4. Preventive Maintenance of all asset on time.
5. Looking after Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and carpentry work of stores.
6. Following UP with AMC & CAMC vendors on attending and closing complaints raised by store on time.
7. Estimated the possible cost of R&M
8. Vendor management and coordination with SAP team for PO/PR and invoice processing.
9. Regular Audit to stores and warehouses.

• Handling Maintenance activity at all Reliance retail stores of Bihar. Total Retail stores 546.
• Leading team of 17 supervisor & 96 MTS(MULTI TASKING STAFF) To look into day to day CM - PM activity & breakdowns
• Maintaining assets like DG, HVAC , Servo Stabilizer, Chiller & Freezer.
• Preventive maintenance of all asset on time.
• Looking after all MEPC (mechanical , electrical , plumbing , civil & carpentry work of stores.
• Regular Audit to all retail outlet and warehouses.
• Preparation of MIS reports on maintenance activities.
• Looking over all Commercial expenditure for OOS work (out of scope)
• Oversee the maintenance of the Store infrastructure, equipment, and systems
• Ensure that the facility complies with all relevant laws and regulations
• Conducting effective training for technician on Corrective Maintenance and Preventive maintenance (PM) for extending equipment lifespan & efficiency
• Leading Projects with effectiveness to ensure neat and timely completion . conducting mock drills for hazard safety and to ensure safety protocol to be followed at work premises
• CO-ordinating with accounts and SAP team for timely invoice processing.
• Looking after day to day operation and maintenance of Reliance Retail Stores (Fresh, Smart, Digital, Trends, Smart Bazar, Jewels, Mini DX), Reliance warehouse & Distribution centers.
• Regular follow up with Supervisors and store team for attending and closing complains raised by Store or operation team.
• Follow up with Sub Vendors for regular maintenance of equipment DG,HVAC AND SERVO STABILIZER
