Identified challenges faced by reviewers in processing ASINs, leading to increased SLA due to sidelined ASINs. Designed and implemented the Qbuzz platform to centralize and streamline query resolution, ensuring efficient processing of ASIN-related issues.

• Conducted requirement gathering, collaborated with stakeholders, and defined workflows to optimize platform functionality.
• Led UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and facilitated training sessions for seamless adoption by reviewers.
• Improved SLA compliance by reducing ASIN backlog and accelerating query resolution time.

Project- Sideline Tool

In the current scenario there is no visibility for the reasons pertaining to ASINs which are sidelined without raising on any of the tools EAR/Query/Qbuzz. Also, time is wasted on research for ASINs which are already updated on the Qbuzz/Query track and ensure a single point integration on Argus for capturing Sideline ASINs reason a sideline tool has been created. The tool will integrate with the Argus workflow to provide intelligent signals and capture sideline data to take corrective actions. The data captured by the sideline tool will be linked to the Sideline Dashboard to give sideline reasons for each and every ASIN.

• Conducted compliance reviews for Amazon’s product listings to ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies.
• Managed large datasets using SQL to analyze compliance trends and enhance automation processes.
