A. Operational

1. Provisions

• Made adequate provisions for outstanding liabilities while analyzing services rendered and payments status in the books of accounts.
• Analyzed the impact of accruals on Profit and Loss statement and writing off the provision made with older ageing by setting up a regular triggers enabling maintenance of good profitability ratios.

2. Channel Payouts

• Collected and secured timely approval from senior leadership of Payout structure detailing rates of payout to Pan India channel partners who help to secure business
• Ideated and executed the process of tracking performance and deciding the incentive of channel partners of Rural Banking products by mapping and indexing critical variables leading cost optimization and enhanced profitability.
• Brought down the average payout cost from 3.5 % to under 2.5 % leading to cost saving of INR amount by identifying misdirection of funds using data validation shared from business teams.

3. ATG Payouts

• Managed Vendor payouts of INR 85 Cr for 50+ vendors annually validating services taken against amount billed, ensuring GST and other compliance, publishing product wise MIS for status of payment and holds
• Responsible for Vendor Management – researching vendors, negotiating cost and timelines of service delivery, executing contract, tracking reliability and efficiency.

4. Others

• Handled ESG reporting and reporting performance of bank for awards and accolades
• Collaborated with KMG to execute revamping of ICICI website and updating the Universe (internal consumption)

B. Projects

1. Crop Insurance System

• Led the development of Crop Insurance System through a hybrid of Waterfall and agile methodology to manage the Software Development Life Cycle and automated the complete workflow from manual to system based reducing the TAT from 30 days to 1-2 days.
• Managed end-to-end project life cycle, from requirement gathering, BRS preparation, negotiating timelines with developers and scheduling the project as per priority of requirements ensuring timely and within budget delivery.
• Ensured quality assurance by writing detailed user stories of each user type, conducting User Acceptance Testing, and setting quality standards in details.
• Successfully integrated the Crop Insurance System with different loan originating systems and government notification systems through APIs, enabling seamless data exchange and efficient processing to eradicate manual errors saving XXXX annually.
• Controlled scope creep and managed change requests through efficient risk mitigation measures
• Spearheaded the system handover from Farmer Finance Product to Operation team and trained the teams on each module and functionality along with development of detailed user guide.

2. GIMBOOKS system

• Led the successful development of Channel Management and payout Processing system called as GimBooks automating the manual process of payouts to channel partners including system-based calculation, GST complied invoice generation, and partner’s confirmation on invoice.
• Enhanced the transparency of the process to all stakeholders by creating dynamic dashboards customized for each user type prompting actionable insights by providing real time data visualization of Key Performance metrics.
• Developed custom reports for releasing monthly MIS on different Hold reasons and notifications to channel partners for resolution of same saving two resources deployed for conducting this exercise manually.
