Talent Acquisition

  • Plan a recruitment strategy on every requirement.
  • Ensure recruitment of staff at other levels basis the Manpower Plan.
  • Identify and standardize on the tools for selection for people at different levels.
  • Build and maintain a database for every position.

Talent Management

  • Ensure joining formalities are done on the day of employee joining viz., issuance of Appointment order, filling of Application Blank and other statutory forms as per the norms.
  • Ensure end to end Employee orientation/ Basic Induction is conducted explaining the new employee about the policy & procedural guidelines etc., before deputation on the job.
  • Ensure resignation letters are collected from the employee with the acknowledgement of acceptance of the same from their reporting manager/SLM/PM/ PD/ROD/CH.
  • Ensure every employee who leaves the organization completes the exit interview process. Ensure the employee separation is done in the Headcount portal.
  • Ensure every employee who leaves organization is issued relieving/experience certificates accordingly.
  • Help ex-employees in documentation for PF withdrawal/Transfer.
  • Maintaining Head Count Record of Internal & External Employees.
  • Maintaining the work time registration (WTR) of all Internal Employees.
  • Cost management & financial discipline.
  • Negotiations & Rate Agreements and contracts with the related vendors.
  • Plan and coordinate recurring meetings in which standard material preparation is required
  • Travel/Hotels arrangements, POs expense reports.
  • Creating and approving job requisitions per hiring managers’ requests, and scheduling interviews for hiring managers as requested. and setting interview schedules for both internal and external candidates
  • Onboarding New Hires including asset management and give away
  • Assisting management team with submitting and approving recognition nominations using the Everyday Excellence Tool
  • Manage space plans for assigned buildings and collaborate with other teams on workspace assignments for New Hires.

Compliance

  • Ensuring all staff in the region have a permanent ESIC card issued (wherever applicable). Follow up with staff and ensure closure of all pending cases and new joiners
  • Ensuring all staff in the region have an ID card issued.
  • Insurance/ PF/ F&F settlement
  • Follow up and closure of all insurance claims, PF withdrawals and F&F settlement for staff in the region.

Grievance handling

  • Being the 1-point SPOC for the staff in the region on all matters apart from Salary.
  • Completing all changes in the system with relations to transfers and changes in reporting manager.

Employee Engagement

  • Preparing Monthly Birthday data and sending it to admin and IT and ensuring timely felicitation of associate’s birthdays in a pre-described manner.

Performance Management:

  • Managing entire Appraisal cycle for anniversary and annual appraisals for associates.
  • Ensuring a healthy feedback session between manager and subordinate having discussion regarding past performance and future plans to cultivate a transparent PMS.
  • Conducting Exit interviews and doing attrition analysis (zone wise, function wise, residency period wise, reason wise) and incentive analysis (incentive penetration, incentive distribution).
  • Monitored and handled all employee claims, including performance-based and harassment incidents.
