· Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
· Handling perm staffing and temp staffing division.
· Achieving the target of 30 payroll candidates and 3 Perm staffing closer per month.
· Follow-up with selected candidates & clients till they are on board also making a follow-up check list.
· The whole recruitment cycle to be followed single-handedly. Right from sourcing to getting the candidate on board.
· Effective in handling full life cycle of recruitment process for different sectors like Hospitality, Advertisement, Automobile, Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI, Construction, Real Estate etc.
· Understanding thoroughly the job specifications/requirements & create a comprehensive strategy to match client’s needs.
· Sourcing the candidates through Job Portals, Head hunting, References, Databases, Mass mailing, Contacts etc. in stipulated time frame.
· Arranging the interviews between clients and candidates as well as effectively coordinating in the entire hiring/recruitment process to make the event successful.
· Follow-up with selected candidates & clients till they are on board also making a follow-up check list.
