- I worked on an internship from May 10, 2021, to March 20, 2022. Hundreds of applications were completed for many nations, including the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. The main responsibilities were shortlisting, counselling, and application submission.
- I have worked as a team lead for approx 1 year. Managing ten to twelve team members since March 2022. The primary responsibility during this procedure is to train them for the visa application process, application submission, shortlisting, and profile discussion.
- Conducted counselling using a wide range of methods, including face-to-face, phone, live chat, and Zoom.
- Listened carefully, asked questions, and confirmed understanding of clients situations and needs.
- Used quick decision-making skills to provide smart, on-the-spot answers to client concerns.
