Key duties include monitoring high-risk activities such as tower erection, cable stringing, and working at heights; enforcing electrical and HSE protocols; managing the Permit to Work (PTW) system; conducting risk assessments and toolbox talks; and ensuring contractor compliance with safety standards. Also leads incident investigations, maintains safety documentation, and supports workforce training on transmission-specific hazards.
