Responsible for ensuring safety compliance during the construction and installation of transmission lines (33 kV to 220 kV) in solar power projects. Key duties include monitoring high-risk activities such as tower erection, cable stringing, and working at heights; enforcing electrical and HSE protocols; managing the Permit to Work (PTW) system; conducting risk assessments and toolbox talks; and ensuring contractor compliance with safety standards. Also leads incident investigations, maintains safety documentation, and supports workforce training on transmission-specific hazards.

• SOC preparation for all Critical Work, Erection & De erection document preparation.
• LOTO System Monitoring & PTW audit, Implementation.
• Made quality decisions based on the provided control outlines.
• Reviewed production records for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintained and organized all records, documentation, and other files associated with quality engineering and inspection tasks as per the ISO-9001:2015, ISO-45001:2018.
